I would like the licensing to reflect as much as possible the GPL. For example, other sites should not be restricted in any way from linking to ip-wars or mirroring of posts/comments as long as attribution is provided (think yahouvre). I would even go as far as enabling syndication and/or distribution of content in case ip-wars gets hit by the proverbial bus.
I am not real keen on commercial use, but that _would_ be a restriction. Would the non-commercial CCL restrict sites that have ads, for example, from being able to use quotes (with attribution of course)?
