As nearly as I can tell from reading the fine print, this table indicates only the reliability of the company's own web site, not sites they host.

It's being generous to say that such a statistic is misleading if trying to measure the latter.  Actually I don't know if there's a plausible way to gather the latter information - generally there's no way to tell whether a hosted site is down voluntarily, through mismanagement of the site's (rather than the hosting company's) admins, or hardware or the hosting company's admin failures.

My problem is definitely hardware.
