This site tracks the Federal Lawsuits filed in US District Court, District of Utah against Pamela Jones, Groklaw, Finchhaven, Pagan Savage, Merket.net, Slashdot, Bruce Perens, IP-Wars.net and John Does 1 - 200.

The lawsuit seeks 100 million dollars in damages for civil rights violations, defamation, and two dozen other torts from each defendent.

John Does 1-200!?! I suppose Mitmosnar isn't the only one with a robot looking for mentions of his name. I guess he means to get a pound of flesh for everyone who's made a peyote crack.

Of course, he will be acting as his own attorney.

Hmmm, nslookup indicates www.merkeylaw.com is the same IP as www.gadugi-os.org. And www.gadugi-os.org doesn't currently show much, whatever happened to that?

Merkey Law now states that ip-wars.net and other sites "with the exception of Groklaw have removed all identified libelous content."

Has any content been removed?
